Shipping Address Requirements

Our shipping service is best suited for residential addresses. Because deliveries rely on local third-party carriers, the following conditions apply:

• Delivery is not guaranteed during business hours
• Delivery attempts may be unsuccessful depending on carrier availability
• Multiple delivery attempts are not always guaranteed

By placing an order, you agree to these delivery conditions.

Unsupported Shipping Addresses

To avoid delivery failures, Firstline does NOT ship to the following address types:

• PO Boxes
• Letter Carrier Depots (LCD)
• Amazon FBA Warehouses
• Rural Route (RR) addresses
• Remote or hard-to-access locations

Orders placed using these address types may be cancelled or returned.

If an order is placed using an unsupported address:

• We may contact you for an alternate address
• If no suitable address is provided, the order cannot be fulfilled
• Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.

Firstline is not responsible for:

• Incorrect addresses entered at checkout
• Delivery failures due to unsupported address types
• Delays caused by local carriers

If an order has already been shipped, address changes may not be possible.

Failed Delivery / Returned Packages

If a package is:

• Undeliverable
• Refused
• Returned due to unsupported address

Customers may:

• Pay for reshipment costs, or
• Receive a refund minus shipping and handling fees

Shipping fees are non-refundable once the order has been processed.

Delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary due to:

• Local carrier availability
• Weather conditions
• Remote delivery areas
• Peak shipping seasons

Firstline cannot guarantee exact delivery dates.
